What this is about

This gallery shows photos from everyday kita life to authorised families only. In doing so we process special-category data – photos of children – and treat it with corresponding care.

What we process

• Account: the guardian's name and email.
• Assignment: which children belong to you.
• Photos: images from the kita, assigned to each group.
• Consent: your decision per child, with a timestamp – as evidence.

How we protect it

• Photos are stored privately, outside the public web – never reachable via guessable links.
• A photo appears to a family only if every child shown has consent; otherwise faces without consent are blurred.
• Location and camera data (EXIF/GPS) are removed on upload.
• No sharing with third parties, no advertising, no tracking.

Your rights

You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future (the "Consent" area). You also have the right to access, rectification and erasure – please contact the centre management.

Retention

Photos are deleted when the purpose no longer applies (e.g. after leaving the kita) or when you revoke your consent.
